Our saleswoman was very informing and had a wonderful personality. She was not overbearing which most people do not like to shop when the sales person is right there. I told her we wanted to look and she gave us our space. She did check back with us. We found a couch but wrong color, so she took us upstairs to look. She looked up all the ones we liked and they were not in stock. The one we liked was not going to be in till May. I am not a patient person, but she talked with me about if that was what I really wanted could I wait. So I am waiting. We shop there a good bit. But we will be back. I hope she is there she is a wonderful saleswoman!nMe. And Mrs. Glen Owens
Sandy was very helpful in showing us mattresses within our budget! She presented the details about each one and answered all our questions. She was patient as we had to leave for an appointment and come back the next day. We will definitely shop there again and ask for Sandy
Our friends went with my husband and I to buy a new recliner. Don Marcus was our associate. He was very personable and very helpful. I bought a new recliner and my friend bought a new coffee table for her house. He was patient, knowledgeable, and professional. We both will definitely request him again.
Since I was able to use the website to narrow down what I wanted, I was able to go into the store and a sales rep led me straight to my item. We explored some other options but I never felt pressured and was thoroughly pleased at the speed in which my purchase was completed. 10/10 would recommend!!
