Gooood baked goods at cheap prices!
They need better customer service in their bakery. The female (who kept her name covered, so I could only see Tok) was very unpleasant. She sat talking with a friend of hers about nothing but personal things until I began asking if anyone was going to help me. I asked her how long they needed, she tells me 24 hours and I told her I would like the cake by noon. When we're about to finalize the purchase, she asks what time would I like to pick up the cake, I tell her 10am Saturday. She says that she thought I said noon as she would not be ready until 1pm. I informed her that this is why I asked how much time was needed. Today is Thursdays. You tell me 24 hours, based on what you just stated, it's more than 24 hours. Rude, nasty and ignorant. Newsflash....when working in a department that deals with customers, you need to use customer service skills, which entails listening, utilizing diplomacy, and knowing what the heck you're talking about. I'm just saying
