I ordered a sofa from Bauhaus through Home Depot on DECEMBER 1, 2020. They stated the sofa was on backorder and would be delivered to my local store on 3/4/21. We waited patiently (there are 40+ of my sofa in stock)but the delivery date has come and gone. Home Depot has tried numerous times to contact Bauhaus; they were only only able to get a hold of someone once. The other times the Bauhaus reps do not answer the phone and do not return phone calls or emails. I was finally able to get ahold of Tracy last Monday, she said the sofa would be shipped by Friday. It's now Tuesday of the following week...still not shipped. I tried to call them again and they would not speak to me because I am not Home Depot. They do not seem to care about customer satisfaction in any way. Buyer beware.

Truckers please don’t come here. Loading time is soooo long. This is home furnitures. They don’t have forklift driver. They loads with their hands. NO PALET NO FORKLIFT VERY SLOW.
