HMC Sales LLC

I took a bookcase headboard back Monday I purchased on Friday. It had manufacturer defects that we didn't see until we got home. Melissa agreed it was manufacturer defects, and will replace with another one when they come in. There are no refunds and I knew this B4 I purchased headboard frame. They have lots of beautiful furniture, storm shelters, kids ATV's etc. Melissa assured me she wants her customers happy. And has agreed to make this a positive experience for us both. Thank you Melissa.nnAfter 6 calls and research I found out Melissa does not own HMC. Billy & Robin Culver are the owners. I spoke with Robin on Dec. 17. Got a text from Melissa with picture of a headboard that was not a bookcase. I offered to go by Friday to talk to her to try to get my $853.84. She never responded to several texts. So I went by R&B Robin was gone. I filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals office. Dec 28 I called and spoke to Billy. B4 I could half way finish what happened. He said, lady you been messing with this 2 months. That's not right. Come by R&B see Kim, I will return your money. While I was there, Robin spoke to me. Apologized for not calling me back. Melissa had misled her to think the issue was resolved. So if you run into a issue with HMC SALES, call Billy or Robin Culver don't waste your time or breath talking to Melissa, she is NOT the OWNER. Just a manager.
