Ordered a truckload of furniture in Tupelo at market in Aug 2020. We had been told it would be a 12 week turnaround. It is now March of 2021 and we were emailed today that due to the foam issue we would not be getting our order and they were no longer accepting new customers? HUH? I'm a 9 month old customer, not a new one. You just dropped the ball and never shipped to me as you promised. Do not do business with this highly unprofessional and uncommunicative company. I can only imagine how you would be treated if one of their products was defective. I was ignored for months before I finally got a response as to why they were not able to deliver as promised. They were incredibly rude in responses and quite unhelpful so I would steer clear unless you plan to sell as is with no clue as to when you will receive your orders and in what condition.
