There were only three other customers there besides myself. I ordered food for my husband, myself, and my kids. When I got my order, I realized they left off the cheese on my chicken sandwich, forgot my fries and tots completely, and didn’t give me any condiments that I requested or anything to even eat with. My husband’s Coca Cola was also nothing but the carbonation and there wasn’t even any coke in the cup. It was a clear liquid with a slight brown tint rather than brown. I pushed the red button and informed them that the carhop forgot all of the items I listed and give them my receipt with each item listed and told them what was wrong. The carhop walks in and walks out 15-20 minutes later and I then realized that she still forgot my fries and tots and only brought my chicken sandwiches and cheese and my condiments. I called once more and informed them what was wrong. Someone then comes out with one single bag and when I opened it up, it only contained medium fries. At that point I walked up to the front of the store and explained to them that it’s infuriating to have to Call 4-5 times and still not get the correct order. I plan on calling corporate because this is just ridiculous!

Was here today, 3/13/21. Food was cold, and I had to push red button to find out why we were not being served - after 20 minutes. That’s when I learned they had to stop taking orders because the employees would not show up for work. Guess they make more money sitting at home with all the “free” money DC is giving away. And then fast food workers want $15/hour. Disgusting.nnManager was doing all possible, but Sonic needs to close this location. This was not the first time we had bad service here, just the first time to complain a about it. Do not patronize. Awful

We ordered chicken slingers. The buns were hard and it tasted like they put tartar sauce on them instead of mayo. And it took 15 minutes to get our food. 2 slingers, one tot, one onion ring, large cherry limeade and a large cherry coke. Not rocket science!

Sonic is hit and miss.. sometimes it is just not worth the money you pay.. I've even been there before closing, was waiting for them to answer the speaker, and they closed while I was waiting! Ive worked many years in restaurant management. That would be like having a line of customers and telling them to leave! Guess they don't want my money...
