DF friendly! Sweet employees. They went above and beyond to make sure no butter/dairy was involved for my pretzel while getting the kids exactly the right size cinnamon roll for each appetite. We'll be back!

It was 90 degrees today in Branson. We wanted to get a nice cold drink and a pretzel. So we went into the store at the Landing. They refused service to us because we did not have masks. Even though they have acrylic shields and mask on. This is liberal America! Where we are now banning people from getting food or drink because we don’t have masks. This is disgraceful! Never again will my money go to this business and I will get many others to go against it as well.

Terrible. I ordered Pretzel mini dogs and they were burnt to a crisp. I literally hit one against the table and you could hear it. Solid. We took it back and they tried to give us another order of them. (Lady working definitely didn’t care) The “new order” was ALSO burnt. They said they didn’t have any that were not burnt. So they gave me a normal Pretzel Dog. The ends were hard as a rock. I had to break it in half, eat the middle, and throw the ends away. Never coming back. Too bad there isn’t a ZERO star option.

EDIT AGAIN: Went in to pick up a to-go order after work. Had to wait in line even though I had paid. Got to watch 2 employees bicker at each other while they were making pretzels. The food was good, but will go to the Springfield location just because of my bad experiences with employees at the Branson location.nnEDIT: I changed my review and my mind because the GM (Bill) reached out to me and made it right.nOrdered through doordash. Didn't get my full order and was told by the delivery driver I need to call Auntie Anne's to get a refund. I called and talked to the manager. Not only was he rude and didn't even apologize for the missing item, but told me he didn't know how to do a refund for a Doordash order. I will never order from, or step foot in this place again.
