They are out of basic flavors. The first three we tried they were out of, and, believe it or not, out of chocolate!! Have been here two times in six months and are out of many flavors. Both times have left without ordering. Is it 31 flavors or 3? Ever heard of inventory management?
Good, simple old school ice cream! I'm a Starbucks girl, but I have to admit the coffee is definitely good too!
Donuts were okay. Hot chocolate and coffee were good. Staff unorganized and very slow. Had to take our food outside to eatnNo inside dining.
This may be the poorest run Baskin Robbins I have ever been to. Three times in the past month I have tried to come get ice cream and all three times they were out of waffle cones and cherries jubilee. Both are signature items for this company. I will choose somewhere else from now on!!!
Employees were VERY unfriendly, needed more help. Not one greeting or smiles . Ice cream was less than good. Won’t go back.
