They have great produce, bakery, and deli. Although the deli staff could be more friendly. I like the Starbucks right in the store,and they also have 2 lottery machines by the entrance. They recently remodeled which was a great up grade with a new pharmacy. They also have a club card,online ordering, and curb side pick up.

Always clean ,good prices & every employee that rang me up & at customer service , meat counter & produce that I have spoken too was. very respectful. Love Country Mart. In Branson & Hollister.

You can get a choice of products of which the bigger stores don't have. Fresh produce, meats, cafeteria food also. A place to sit down & eat. Plant lady there. Coffee shop and Dave's BBQ

The Bakery did a wonderful job on my Dad's birthday cake!!!! they did everything I asked for to the T , plus some !nDad loved his cake, it was special to him!nThank you for helping us make special memories with him!!

I’ve shopped at this grocery store for years, as it’s location is so convenient. Both last year and this year I have needed to use their grocery delivery service a couple of times, due to joint surgeries. The person taking an order is either receptive, or rude and non-concerned about customer assistance, depending on the day. I also learned they deliver groceries all the way to Kimberling City: why?. Given the obvious staffing challenges they have it certainly seems a consideration that limiting the delivery area to a reasonable distance would aid in a more positive staffing outlook and easier management decisions. Today I finally reached the order department to confirm my grocery order placed 2 days ago, would be ready for pickup and was told she no longer had my order, even though I left 3 voice messages to let her know I would pick the order up the day after originally scheduled, due to the severe icy roads and my current use of crutches. I was taken back by her abrupt and rude tone.
