Dressing rooms closed. Checkout line is too long leaving , not buying anything . And line is too long to buy something and try it on in the parking lot

Went to Kohl’s on olive today 12/26/20. About six other customers were ahead of my son and I and they were just greeted. When the store manager gets to us he says is there anything I can help you with, as if we didn’t belong there. He was the opposite of my race. I tried to ignore my feelings being hurt but to add insult to injury, when my son and I reached the men’s department, we were searching through Levi jeans for about 10 minutes while the worker folded clothes without any assistance, however when a gentleman and his son came he was greeted immediately and offered assistance. I love Kohl’s on St. Charles Rock Rd and have NEVER been treated this horrible. I have a charge card with them and shop there a lot and was only there to use my after Christmas Kohl’s cash. This is the worse experience I have EVER had with Kohl’s.

Always have great sales and happy workers. They will help you find what you're looking for. Always ask for a discount because they have them at the register. Check to see which day is senior day for an extra discount.

After searching other stores, we found the perfect gift here. Opening a kohl's account saved us 35 percent. I will shop here more often.

First time I've been there since C19, boy what a change ud83dude33 !! I kinda stopped cause it was do hard to find size, seemed like everything was thrown around . SURPRISINGLY everything was where it was supposed to be. Womens dept. had distances between types of items etc.nOf course find everything easily & spend more than I intended. Don't know who is in charge of that store BUT KUDOS to you. Good Job.
