I was very impressed with the care and attention to detail of Nikki Taylor in making sure she sanitizes her massage table, linens and her personal preparation. Initially, I was a bit apprehensive about going back. Nikki is meticulous. And I am SO glad I decided to set back up my regular monthly massage schedule. Especially now, a 60 minute massage has helped me dissipate the stresses of running my business, And speaking of 60 minutes...The massage at Serene Spirit is a full 60 minutes. No chit chat for 15 minutes and then only a 45 minute massage. Been there done that. This is the way she schedules her clients and you can tell there is no rush to get to the next client. Highly recommended!!

Best masseuse in St. Louis. Forget the chain deals. Nikki Taylor at Serene Spirit does not dilly dally around. If you have not tried this private practice it is well worth the drive. I come from Wildwood to Creve Coeur. My suggestion also would be to splurge for a full 60 minute deep tissue. 30 minutes just is not not enough! As always, thank you Nikki.

I've been suffering from Lower back pain for years. I went to chiropractors, orthopedists and everybody in between. Nobody had an answer. So I thought I'd try massage therapy and that has really helped. Nikki Taylor listened and concentrated on my back, the mucles on the side areas of the lower back and my hamstrings. And I believe that was the trick. Hamstrings were so tight that they were creating tension in my lower back. Nikki, I cannot thank you enough!nnI go back about once ever 2-4 weeks for a tune up and so far so good. The Advil has been minimal. I can walk around the park without pain. I can sit at the dinner table with no pain!! Nikki is a pro and knows her stuff. If you are suffereing from lower back pain, you should give her a shot. AS

I LOVED my pre-natal massage. Nikki Taylor is by far the best therapist I have ever encountered. So much so...I might even have another baby just to get those massages!! If you are pregnant, you DESERVE this! JJ
