This place is good for a chain. They have some good options and it's fun to watch them make it. The portions are big if you get a waffle cone so be prepared.

Took my daughter there today to get ice cream and there were 3 girls working behind the counter. The girl with the ginger color hair waited on us and I told my daughter to go first. My daughter ordered Chocolate Devotion and another lady came in behind us and got an ice cream cake out the freezer and heads to the counter. So the girl that’s making my daughter’s ice cream finishes and places it on the counter and then proceeds to deal with the woman with the cake who wants some thing written on the cake while I’m still standing here to get my part of the order taken and made, she proceeds to talk to her coworkers about the cake who never once stopped what they were doing to assist anyone and then walks the cake to the back. At that point I asked to speak to a manager which I was told was too busy to speak to me and was asked why I wanted to speak to the manager and I advised that our ordered wasn’t completed before the young lady stopped to help the lady that came after me. That was so unprofessional and rude as if my money wasn’t spending the same as the lady with the cake. The ginger haired girl says oh I didn’t know you wanted anything which is ridiculous because all she had to do was ask if I wanted anything else but she choose to let my daughter’s ice cream start melting and if she thought the order was done she would’ve cashed us out before assisting the lady that came after us with the cake. If I could give them no stars I would. I would agree with the other reviewer the staff is rude.

Cold Stone is always delicious. This was my nieces first time and she said it was the best ice cream she's ever had!

Hard to give Coldstone anything but 5 stars but the Reese's ice cream cups were extremely disappointing and expensive. In my experience Coldstone always adds way too much peanut butter, and these were sadly no different. To top it off, they dump an insane amount of salt on top that also ruins the taste. A pinch might be nice but they salted these things like they were fries. Seriously disappointing given they were $18 for a box of sixnnEdit: How do you private message? That's not something you can do on Google Maps...all I could do was edit this review.
