My husband picks up his passports at this office. The service is easy and efficient and greatly appreciated. I do wish, however, that the consulate and her office staff could present a friendlier and more welcoming attitude. If you have questions, don’t expect thorough or pleasant answers.

It fast, simple and efficient. Loved it!
