Didn't have what I needed and it had minimal in the amount of clothes

I usually only go here to pick up an online order. Once I enter my information, things usually move pretty quickly. I've never waited to long for my order to be brought to my car. I've actually been in the store only a few times. It's always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.

This was my first time shopping at Kohl's. They really had a nice selectionnand the prices were pretty reasonable. I really liked their ud83dudc60ud83dudc5f shoe department. I will be back!nnOn the down side, I made an online purchase a week ago from Kohl's, however, I discovered that I sent it to the wrong store location. I called that particular store ( Roseville, Minnesota), I informed them that my order was sent to the wrong location and requested for my order to be canceled. After calling the store 3 times that day, I learned that my ordernwas not canceled appropriately the first time. Three days later, I received a full refund, unfortunately, by the end of the week my credit card was re-charged again. By this time I was instructed by Kohl's customer service to file a dispute with my credit card company. Right now I'm really disappointed and highly frustrated. The moral of this story, stick to reliable companies when it comes to online orders.
