We could not have been more pleased and comforted. Every aspect was handled with excellence. Many thanks.
While out confirming my father’s grave site they were trying to persuade us to add granite to my grandparents head stones and even talking about plots for us being available. High pressure to start process for my father’s headstone despite being told we had to wait until my mom was feeling better. I understand it is a business but it felt very disrespectful.
Thank you Chris, for handling the arrangements for our mother during the COVID-19 crisis. Our private service was difficult as we were unable to carry out her prearranged funeral. However, Chris stepped in for the funeral director and assisted us in accommodating her wishes as best we could during the pandemic. Also, a special thank you to Laura at Lakeview for helping us with the obituary and your professionalism surrounding the cremation.
