I just love this place AWESOME COSTUMER SERVICE!! this lady assisted me and she said her name was orianna and i think she needs to be the manager her work is outstanding and i love that best place ever my number 1 go to

There on Saturday evening, labor day weekend to pick up ice cream for the family. Go to the drive thru and after being shot down on 3 different flavor requests we were informed they had no chocolate based ice cream flavors at all... you're 31 flavors, there's chance there may be someone coming in wanting chocolate ones. It was nowhere near closing time on a holiday weekend.

This is the worst Baskin Robbins I've ever been to I will never go to this one ever again if I can help it. They hardly ever have what I want always out of flavors. For the last 2 weeks I been trying to buy a shake they claim they not making shakes. I cant go on the inside to see so I dont know if its true or people just been lazy. After all this I ordered 2 scoops of ice cream pull up to the window and THEN the cashier tell me they not excepting cash, debit or credit only. They had no sign posted and the cashier didn't even have the courtesy to inform me before I ordered so I waited in line for nothing. This particular Baskin robbin need to close for poor service. I been getting poor service from this baskin robbins for few months now but today was the last straw I will never spend my hard earned money with them again. I am a customer service manager where I work at and this would be totally unacceptable at my job. I didnt even want to give one star but won't let me post without itnI

I would recommend this location their baker lady makes the order in time . Customer service is very great
