I was sooooo surprised to see this place was still opened, pandemic and all. I walked into the store and the guy just stared at me. I know I’m breathtaking!! Lol ud83dude02 I began asking about cookie availability and he seemed bothered by my geekiness about cookies. He just seemed perturbed, period!! What a way to treat a person who has the name “Cookie” on her sorority jacket. Way to go dude!!!!!! Next time you’re sulking, go take a break. Don’t mess it up for cookie specialists!!!!! ud83eudd28
These cookies are stellar. The texture can only be described as luxurious.
I don't know her name but the woman working there was alone, she was nice had our order ready fast and had a great sense of humor will definitely be back
DO NOT order cookies here for delivery. I ordered a small party pack for a friend on their birthday as I could not see them.The order never arrived, and when I called they argued with me that it was the wrong address, when it was correct. I am a customer service agent for a different company and the associate I talked to at Hot Box was EXTREMELY rude to me when I asked for help and continued to dispute with me even thought they had the wrong information. I eventually was able to get a refund and then was immediately disconnected. I was so embarrassed and disappointed that this gift never arrived and no one offered a solution to help correct it. I will be contacting the BBB if I do not receive my refund within the next 3-5 days. Absolutely disappointed and would never order from here again.
Somehow, my order was messed up, so leaving a note on the note section does nothing. I love these cookies though. I knocked off a point because the girl just threw the cookies in the box after fixing the order, and the sheets in between cookies was missing. Otherwise, no complaint.
