Mean and nasty service, wrong order, and my donut was a day old, at 6:00 in the morning! Terrible!
Worst DD I’ve visited at an airport. Ordered a small iced caramel latte and got a medium hot caramel latte (charged for medium). When I mentioned my order was for an iced latte, they simply poured the hot coffee with some ice and gave it back to me. The iced melted immediately and coffee lost all its flavor! They also sell the hash browns for 12 pcs and not 6 (regular menu). The wake up wraps also are two per order and they don’t allow single orders. Paid $13 for an order that should have been $7-$8 (I live in NYC).
Love Dunkin. Only issue was the girl making the ☕. She moved like pond water. The only way to make pond water move is by throwing a rock at it, which is exactly what I wanted to do.
Very nice breakfast options. I was very pleasantly surprised.
Great coffee, donuts, what more do you want? down at the end of the terminal. Friendly, happy folks serving it up!
