Their curbside pick up simply never work. And they gave you that option, and let you wait outside for tens of minutes. Even not answering your call. They did not intend to offer curbside pick up service but clearly let you know you can wait on curbside. And they did not even feel a little bit sorry about that, and never want to improve. So disappointed. Over-priced regular food, and terrible service. Have been here many times, they used to be okay in service. But recently I guess they hired some very unprofessional employees, it is like the store has been completely changed. Just leave this review for other customers to not waisting your time to deal with these unprofessional rude persons.
Vigilant public health protocols & great food
There were five people in the kitchen, one taking orders, and, the tables were NOT thoroughly clean as they claim to be. I asked for a paper towel and said I'm gonna use it to clean my table, and, the staff NEVER offered to clean the table (how cool is that! Pun intended!). The one who took my order doesn't seem to know what she's doing, then the dirty tables, the only good thing is that their food is always tasty and reliable. I wish they could have done much better, there were only 6 customers.
The level of service has decreased drastically.nThis location has always been exemplary, thus I used it more often then other ones.nBut with the latest hired people the service has fallen way too low. VERY sorry to see it this way...
I went through the drive thru on my lunch, got back to work and half way through my lunch I noticed whatever this thing is stuck to the ice and floating along the bottom of my drink. Absolutely disgusting and not okay.
