Bottom barrel quality ingredients. Inconsistent products (breads shriveled/wrinkled) show lack of baking ability. Overall feeling of decline in service & quality over past 3 years...but they keep raising their prices. Walmart bakery has better fresh baked breads and rolls much cheaper & consistent quality, which is kinda sad even to say that.
