I love the environment at this gym. Everyone is very friendly, especially the owner Lisa. The space is very clean and there is plenty equipment for a great workout.

Perfect for those who want to work out without men watching or trainers hitting on you. Very clean and friendly environment. Never worry about what you wear or look like or do for exercise. I recommend to all of my female friends!
