I have been to this particular location multiple times . While some times the young servers are really nice .. a couple of them would seem rude and just try to force you into random policy facts. Example : I have two T-Mobile connections .. and I have been combining both the gift cards they offer in a single purchase . I did it today at another location and they were absolutely happy to take both ; however a couple of weeks before when I visited this shop ( where previously I have used two coupons ), one fine lady server denied me claiming that baskin robins didn’t accept 2 gift cards together ! And the other servers and manager neither got involved not rectified her . Repeatedly telling her about her mistaking my gift card for coupons maybe yielded no result ; she was simply adamant not to let me use any ...nThis happened on 9th Oct , around 8pmnWhereas, today on Oct 26, I used the concept at another BR location.

This location refused to serve a guest without a mask due to a severe medical condition.nnI understand the requirement, I really do. but if you can't wear one, you can't wear one.nnThe worker was explained the situation. The worker looked at another worker who mumbled something and they refused service. The 3 workers total present were asked if they were refusing service to a customer with a medical condition. They confirmed. The workers were asked for a managers name and phone number. The workers replied the guest could Google it. They were asked for a corporate number and again told to Google it.

Amazing service !! I’m a regular customer who goes at different times but I’ve found the customer service consistent every time.

The ice cream is delicious and place is clean, however the older man that works here is extremely unfriendly and rude. All the young workers are super nice, he should learn from them.

Milk shakes from here are a childhood favorite but the 2 girls behind the counter are rude AF everytime I'm in there.. its like one can't be bothered and the other had her lunch from subway interrupted..im going back but next time I won't be so nice either.. xo
