Always a safe bet! They have social distancing down! They have sanitizing stations for you! They prepare food quickly. They’re friendly. The selection is awesome. They have vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options available!

I had guests and was ordering over 100.00 in food! The app shut my order down at 8:31pm. I called for curb side and she put me on hold then dropped me! I called back at 8:40 PM and it just rang no one would pick up,! Louisville has many fine restaurants to choose from, we switched to the Joy Luck Chinese restaurantnIn the highlands. Food quick, hot but most of all they answered the Phone. The most important customer is the least happiest, they will promote your business in the worst way everyday for a long time!

My husband and I visit this Panera frequently, and while the food is delicious, we sadly have been very disappointed with the customer service. We have the coffee subscription, but this location never has decaf coffee after 2 pm. Yesterday, I waited for over ten minutes in the drive-through line, only to be rudely informed when I reached the window that I was fifteen minutes too late to get a decaf coffee. The employee I spoke with was also rude when I asked if they could make a fresh pot.nnMy husband and I also have received incorrect orders several times, and twice my husband has had to go inside to pick up our curbside order after we waited in the car in vain.nnWe would love to continue to support this Panera location, but we may not do so much longer if the customer service does not improve.

Drive thru sometimes provides a surprise once home. My pick 2 included Asian sesame chicken salad. Say. The salad had 4 husks from the end of a lettuse head...yuck! Does Breckenridge Ln. Location assemble their own salads or are they pre-made?
