Went to get my husband a pack of the 16 Bond bites and was literally refused service because the so called manager Mackenzie did not have proper packing. And there was a full tray of them sitting on the counter and one in the warmer.. but could not sell me 16 of them that is posted on their menu board for 9.99. because she did not have the right box to put them in is literally what she told me. And she said that she could not sell me the ones in the warmer because they were today cinnabons and it was literally their policy that they had to sell day-old cinnabons to customers...??? Wow... Just amazed....

The person who rang me up was sort of rude and rushed the transaction. Cinnabon advertises a 4 pack on the menu and has a display box sitting on the counter. I asked for a 4 pack. She told me they didn't have a 4 pack, only 6 or 9.. I pointed to the box on the counter, she said we don't have a 4 pack. I could see empty boxes for the 4 pack on the counter, there are bigger boxes she could have put 4 in instead of 6. There were plenty of Cinnamon rolls. I have no idea why she told me they don't have four packs, she offered no explanation to why she wouldn't sell me a four back. This was my first time and I will not be back. I will go to Heine Bros for my cinnamon rolls in the future. It doesn't matter if the product is really good if the service is really bad. The customer in front of me also seemed like their experience was offputting and confusing from what I witnessed. I hope the person was just having a bad day and this isn't normal.

Lady came off bothered. The cinnabon minis were stale and dry. I've had way better cinnabons from Pizza Hut (ironically).

i luv this place. OMG. So delicious. Buy big one and share with another person.nupdate update: sold us a stale one knowing it was old and not fresh. this was not a good experience.

Very delicious and great service. Good prices for the quality of the product been here many times and awesome staff always clean and well prepared would highly recommend.
