First time I went there was a hair on my cinnamon pretzel. Second time the pretzels was just hard as a brick.
The location is near food court, stuffs is so rude and bad customer service.
Auntie Anne's is my favorite place to eat at in the mall.
Went to the Auntie Anne’s near Dillard’s, and the customer service (the manager maybe?) was poor. The lemonade tasted off, and had an aftertaste as if it were old. We went and told the manager and he aggressively grabbed a cup, tasted it, threw the cup down and told us it was fine. He then asked his employee to taste it, she said she doesn’t even like lemonade, and just said it was fine. He made it seem like we were lying, but the lemonade tasted old. Not to mention the pretzel on the pretzel dog was hard, like it was sitting out for a while. The female employee was very nice, it’s just the manager who had an attitude, not to mention he was complaining about us bringing the lemonade to his attention, we could still hear him. #fail
