Went to Kohl's in Crestwood to return an item to Amazon. This is a great program because you get a coupon in return for 25% off any single item and Amazon replies that the item has been returned by the next day. Overall a great experience! I didn't know that Kohl's took return items from Amazon until I wanted to return an item. This is a win -win situation IMHO.

I've never been a big Kohl's fan. I mean it's fine, they're just really over priced IMO. But, this is a good Kohl's for what it's worth. The staff is super helpful and friendly. It was very clean and organized and if they don't have simmering in the store the will try to find it for you if you ask. There wasn't a crowd. I was happy with my service.

Major kudos to Kohl's! They have made it sooo easy to return Amazon items (at the back of the store). And then they rake in the dollars as you shop while you are weaving your way out. Business 101. If their prices were better, then I shop there all the time! (I do hate their price games and the 'cash'!) Seriously, the Amazon return operation is extremely well set up, not insulting in any way and efficient(!), AND its obvious what they are doing. Very refreshingly straightforward! I appreciate it!

A popular dept store for a good reason. Buy in-store or on-line. Return in-store matter where you purchased. We can return amazon purchases to Kohl's. There are loyalty programs at Kohl's as well.nnI mostly buy fashions on-line. Returns are important to doing that.nnKohl's is a key part of my clothes buying.
