Y’all need to do better. Every morning it seems this store can’t keep up with the drive dry and something always goes wrong whether a machine is done or your backed up. Do better.

Donuts and food are good and people are friendly. However, we come here every Sunday morning and it is always a mystery what actually ends up on the box. Even after showing us what they’d boxed up today and been told which were wrong, the order is still incorrect. Sort of a game now to see how much of the order is right and what ends up in the box.

Just save your time and money with this location. This is by far the worst location I've ever been to. I sat at the order box for 5 minutes and finally had to say something to get their attention and what followed was just plain rude. Both employees were rude at the box, rude at the window and were just completely unorganized. They didn't even know what order was mine. I ordered online to save time and it ended up taking even longer because they had to spend another 5 minutes burning the cheese on my croissant. I got eye rolls because I had to clarify my order because they tried handing me someone else's order. I will never in my life return to this location. Customer service does not exist here.

First let me say that I love Dunkin Donuts. I am from the east coast where it they are king. I don't buy the often; so, I look forward to tasting them when I do. First, they are a little smaller than usual. The taste is still superb. No disappointment there. Only problem - they appear to be understaffed. The drive through was extremely slow. I also bought one of the breakfast sandwiches and the bread was burnt around the edges. I took it off. I will return again but I think will stick to the donuts.

I love their chai tea latte with almond milk,breakfast maple bacon, gluten free brownies. (They also have great donuts)
