This place is overall a great business. I absolutely love donuts! Especially Krispy Kreme donuts! And this place is always so good as far as taste & overall look. But the customer service provided by the customers definitely needs some work. Most of the time when I go in there they are usually standing around being loud goofing off with each other. And almost every time I go in there, they either don't have the donuts that I requested or they do have them but they give me the wrong ones. For example, I ordered 2 raspberry filled donuts & instead I received 2 lemon filled donuts. I live an hour away from there so it's not easy for me to just go back to get it fixed unless I start eating the donuts right away. And I don't go there to do that. I order them to take them home with me for breakfast the next day. It would be nice if that happened way more than it doesn't. So that's why I only gave them 4 stars.

Besides the fact that I love donuts in general.nnStopping by when the are freshly made is the best, when I'm driving by and see their sign with the made fresh I feel a pull to pick up 6 or so. Each time I've been there I had a great experience with check out, the workers, and those warm fresh donuts.

The donuts were great and the service was awesome. I hate to say it but it's a huge difference going to a restaurant in a majority white neighborhood with all white employees versus going to a restaurant that's located in a majority black neighborhood with all black workers. The service with all whites you get get great service. The service with all blacks is horrible where you have to call to speak to District Managers. They don't know how to treat customers at all. This location will be my go to place for now on for donuts. Great job guys!!!ud83eudd70ud83eudd70ud83eudd70
