The people that worked there today were very good
I had a lunch delivery today and I opted to have my order just left at my door. The driver didn’t just leave it but knocked several times. This I could get past but she wasn’t wearing a mask either. I’m 9 months pregnant and not vaccinated yet so I was trying to avoid having actual contact with her. I feel like with everything going on she at least needed to be wearing a mask if she wasn’t going to leave my order like I requested.
Always get our food from this location without issues. Today we ordered and had a couple of issues with our food. Called up there spoke to the manager Will, he told me to come up there and he would take care of me. I went up and within minutes my order was taken care of without hesitation. He was polite and knew exactly what to do to take care of the order. Thanks Will and the Bread Co Staff. We will he back as always.
I love panera, but I'm really disappointed. 3rd strike you're out. The first 2 times, something was forgotten and now they gave me the wrong dressing for my BBQ chicken salad. The dressings look the same, but definitely are not. I guess I just learned my lesson- don't order after 8pm at least.
Great Place. Their food is always fresh and healthy + the people are nice.
