Double charged us for a $40 prescription. When I returned from my bank with paperwork proving this, I was told that it was not their problem. I've spent hours fighting this, simply because I don't feel like donating money to Walmart.
I have use this pharmacy for several years now. Staff has always been friendly and prompt even with it being very busy. I get notifications by the walmart app when its time to refill and can simply tap to confirm I want to refill. They always fill scripts in less than an hour. Pharmacists have always answered any questions i have professionally. They are open longer than anyone else. They are the best part of Moberly Walmart.
Awful, awful, awful rude staff.
Worst service I have ever had at any pharmacy. Multiple times I have had to wait 1+ hours for prescriptions that had been sent in 4+ hours before that. They gave me my son's medication UNmixed. Told me they had called the doctor to clarify instructions for another of his medication creams. After waiting 30+ minutes for them to fix it, I called the doctor myself and got it fixed. The nurse said no one from the pharmacy had called her and told her anything about the issue. Will not EVER be using them again.
