I had a massage here with Sue and it was truly exceptional. Her energy was so great and it made the entire massage one of the most enjoyable I've ever had. She was kind and easy-going, and very helpful helping me navigate the massage face cradle and a face mask. The Spa itself is so luxurious - with lovely amenities and a very relaxing waiting room where you hang out before and after your massage. I am so grateful this level of high quality spa exists in Louisville and that the folks that staff it make everything so special. Ask for Sue and you won't regret it!
We had a couples massage yesterday while visiting Louisville for the weekend! The service was excellent. The atmosphere was very calm and relaxing - everything you would want in a spa day! The robes are absolutely comfortable (the slippers weren’t the greatest and didn’t fit my short, wide feet well). The relaxation room was comfortable and relaxing. I got a regular Swedish Massage while my boyfriend opted for a Deep Tissue Massage. He did say that his massage wasn’t the best he’s had as they lady did not pay attention to his troubled areas and just followed the typical “process” for the massage. Afterward, I took one of the best showers of my life in the women’s locker room, which had everything I needed: towels, washcloth, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, shave kit, disposable hair brush, hair dryers, straighteners, and curling irons. Also, lotion, q-tips, and makeup remover wipes were provided! The shower pressure and temperature were AMAZING! My boyfriend utilized the sauna and showered as well. Overall, I would totally recommend and will be back soon!
Lovely, relaxing setting. Marissa was my massage therapist - ask for her, you will not be disappointed!!
Overall experience was nice but at check in We got a “tour” from the tall black chick with the long hair that walked 4 feet a head of us, talked super fast, and in a hurry like we were inconveniencing her; very rude ;which is why I am giving a 3 star. Anyway, Chelsea (the massage therapist) was professional and nice. I would let her do my massage again.
I booked a massage and found myself waiting over 30 minutes. Then they said someone was their on their way but could only give me a massage for 20 minutes. Very disappointing. Very dissatisfied with the lack of organization of this spa.
