Topher is AMAZING !!! He does my hair regularly. He really listens and pays attention to what the client is wanting. I have fine hair and he always knows how to cut it to make it look fuller. Plus he’s great with color, he can be as creative as you like. He does my hair for Derby every year. He also made me look fabulous for my NBC interview!!! I’m so lucky to know him, he such a great person with the best personality.

Everyone here was so friendly and professional. They have taken many precautions to keep the salon clean (disinfecting surfaces, dividers between chairs, etc)nnThey also did a great job explaining the process and how i would get the results I wanted. Excited to come back!

Kevin is the best aesthetician! He takes the time to make sure his work is perfected and cares about his clients. I highly recommend booking a wax (or anything) with him!

I had a haircut done at this salon a few days ago and was charged 60 dollars. They did not shampoo my hair nor did they style it other than using a curl spray in it. I feel that price should have been discounted since they did not perform all the usual services that comes with a haircut. Kim was very nice and explained that if I went home and did not like the haircut that I could come back and he would correct it. When I got home I realized it was uneven and at this point I do not want to go shorter and do not trust him to fix it correctly. I was also told I would receive a 20% new client discount on my products that day which I did not receive.

I cannot recommend this place enough!! I was honestly daunted by the task of finding a stylist in Louisville, and I searched for days before settling on Focus. Alicia Dossett was my stylist and we are both obsessed and amazed with my hair transformation! I got a full ombre color from light purple to gray, and it took several hours. HOWEVER! The end result was WELL worth every minute and penny!!! Alicia did such an amazing wonderful job! I am just gushing and can't stop looking in the mirror. 10/10
