My friend and I went to Sanctuary to celebrate our milestone Birthdays & we were so pleased! The atmosphere was cozy and quaint. Olivia and Sarah were extremely friendly and very professional. I went in with tension and pain and left feeling so relaxed and relieved. Sarah was really able to work into my muscles and delivered a custom massage that was exactly what I needed. We will definitely be back!
Olivia is incredible - her style of massage felt like it was drawing the tension out of my muscles as she went. I don't think I have ever been able to get that much relief out of a massage session before. I can't recommend her highly enough.nnThe studio was also felt very cozy - not like some of the more clinical / modern places that I've been to. The ambiance was perfect.nnI can't say enough good about Sanctuary. I'll be stopping in every time I'm through Louisville / southern IN, for sure.
I have followed Olivia and Sarah Beth for years because massage services from them are really *that* good. They are talented, down to earth massage therapists that know how to keep your body at it's best. I carry so much stress in my neck and shoulders and every massage I get from Sanctuary Massage has me leaving like a new woman. Seriously, I'm a big, big fan.
I highly recommend Sanctuary Message and Spa. The atmosphere is serene. Sarah Beth provides a wonderful message. She is very attentive to your personal needs. She has amazing intuition which she uses to provide the perfect message.
This is literally the best massage spa you can find in the state! Integral services and super professional. I have tried several services over and over the last few years until I found Sanctuary Massage and Spa! Best way to self care and also best gift to anyone at anytime!
