My husband and I bought a house that had a hot tub and it did not work. The breaker kept tripping on the hot tub We bought many parts to try to fix it over the course of a year. I got the run around from 2 different companies that I will not mention but they both told me they were 6 weeks out. I was willing to wait the six weeks but every time I tried to get a set date and time they would not give me one. I looked on Angie's list and Moonlight Pool & Spa was recommended as well as 2 other companies. The one company wanted to charge me $190 for diagnostics. Jason from moonlight actually reached out to me on a Saturday and he was able to come by that Monday morning. He got my hot tub up and running in 2 hours. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I plan on using Moonlight when we get out pool installed and hope to do business with them again.

I had recently bought a new home with a spa that was not working. When I called Jason he knew the model of my spa was based on my breaker setup. He came out and was able to quickly diagnose the problem and get it fixed after the new part came in. With this being the first spa I’ve ever owned Jason took an extra minute to explain the other parts and how to maintain the chemistry in the water. I appreciated Jason’s quick responses and the fact he went the extra mile to make sure I understood how to take care of my spa as well as budget friendly solutions to get the needed chemicals.
