Amy is the best! I've only had 1 massage in my life and it was over 10 years ago. Went in to see Amy and now I feel like a new person! The space is inviting, clean, and relaxing. Will be going back soon!!
I've been under Amy's care for several years. She's an integral part of my overall regular healthcare. Each visit with her begins with her inquiring as to where my problem areas are, and if anything has changed since my last visit. She expertly massages and untangles the knots that used to limit my mobility. In addition to being an expert massage therapist, Amy is caring, kind, comforting, compassionate and has an easy smile. Amy keeps me going! Body AND spirit!

I have severe chronic pain and anxiety issues that play off each other. Around 4pm todnay, I was crying, desperate for pain relief and not wanting to go to the hospital. I found By the Bay and they had an appointment THAT night at 8:30. My therapist was Amy. She was AMAZING! I walked in at a 9 on the pain scale. I walked out at a 3! She is nothing short than an angel performing miracles. Anyone that knows me will tell u that for me to say that, it HAD to have been amazing.
Absolutely the best massage I have ever had. Highly recommended!
