horrible service . i have been on hold for 2 hours

Definitely really good Costomer service , nice atención and polite people attending .nJust 2 thing I have to mentionednnFirs one it’s wear en USA only accepting cash ( its fine , but that need to put some signs said we any payment only cash , and my case I make that appointment 2 months ago and I didn’t know , so I have to get out from the line and looking for ATM.nnSecond : outside was about 40 degrees lease Buy some heaters for outside and not metal chairs .nTrust me after one our waiting outside is not nice .nThat why my 2 stars .

If only I could give 0 stars this place is useless. Not only is the man at the door very rude and disrespectful. The workers are even worst they don't help they don't explain. You're better off going to the DC location or VA because these people have no clue what they're doing. They do not help the Salvadoran community instead they just disrespect you for your money. PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION.

I have tried every way possible to communicate with these people. I’ve called numerous times, waiting for over a hour each time. I went in person and they said I have to make an appointment through the phone. I’ve sent emails to the email address provided and no response. I even tried messaging on FB messenger and I got an automated response to call the numbers to set an appointment. Why tell me to call the numbers when they don’t even pick up. All I want is to renew an expired passport.

Don't waste your time going to this place. My grandfather and dad were giving terrible service, as this place doesn't even take pride within their own latin people. They should shut this place down, they're making our own people look bad. They should turn this place into a homeless shelter or something that'll be beneficial to our society.
