A very refreshing change to your typical grocery store. Love the layout of the store, and the wide selection of products. But most of all, some of the best customer service I have seen. Polite, helpful staff, with a sincere approach to endothelial customer is taken care of. Let me also say that Ali, at the pharmacy, is the supreme example of how all pharmacists should be. He is genuinely concerned with the customers issues regarding medication, and always goes the extra step to make sure customer satisfaction is achieved...every time.nThe only thing I don’t like is the inconsistency in manning the checkout stations. One day they will have just one register open, the next day, six will be open. I can be waiting in a register line, and they close the line in front of me...not a great move.nBut overall, a great place to get your essential groceries.

Bakery fail. We assumed it would be higher quality than nearby grocery stores. We asked if the small cake and frosting were light and airy. They assured us it was, and added lettering for free, but the $40 cake was heavy, way too sweet, and not worth it! The fruit tart seemed standard quality, nothing special.

My daughter and I went to pick up our balloon order today for my son’s birthday. The balloons were ready and waiting in a cart for us. This nice woman (I didn’t catch her name) comes up and I asked her if she did all these balloons for us and she said she did. She was so kind and happy to have helped us out and the balloons were so neatly organized. As we were walking out, so many other staff greeted us and asked my daughter whose birthday it was and told her to wish my son a happy birthday. Although our experience there today was brief, it was wonderful, with so many warm, kind-hearted people. We just want to say thank you to all the staff at the Harris Teeter in California, MD.

Clean the best shopping experience I've had in a long time. Easy to find produce very well stocked. Store staff always willing to help. It takes me 30 minutes to drive to this location but we'll worth it.
