Dirty windows, sidewalk floor. Scary to see lax practices during covid
I asked for a caramel iced coffee with almond milk and no sugar. What I received was black coffee. With sugar. We also got a caramel cappuccino that tasted like burnt water. The correct order was even written on the bottles...
This is a good place to get a sweet treat from, but the line is about a 15 minuet wait at peak hours. When I did go when it was not busy the time was quicker. Some of the donuts I did get was not filled correctly but most of the time they get it right.
I have found that Donuts at this location are reliably of great quality.
I hoped they would figure out how to take and prepare an order after 4 attempts(one per week). Well that is a big NO. Yet to get what we have ordered correct from the sourdough breakfast sandwich not being warm, mixed up coffee orders, mixing vanilla creme with Boston creme or a complete different doughnut when asking for a blueberry. The location in Lexington Park is in dire need of supervision and training.
