Writing this review during the time of covid, so things are different. But they have the facility mapped out well, and the staff is super nice and attentive. They have thorough clear plexiglass barriers up as well. And of course the ice cream is awesome, great selection of flavors including a spectacular dark chocolate and toppings are great. Make sure to leave a tip, really the staff has been all smiles through their masks every time I've been there.
The place if full of flies, my waffle cone was stale, and my ice cream was melting as soon as I walked out the door. Whoever was tossing my ice cream must’ve had some very warm hands because how on earth does it melt so quick. Absolutely despicable. And when I walked in the cashier was on facetime. Who does that?!? This place deserves to get shut down. I also heard they don’t clean out the ice cream tubs until they get moldy and they leave the cakes in the freezer for months, so watch out. Honestly I should be calling the health department right now.
My friends and I stopped by Porto's on a Monday afternoon to try their goodness. They had preached to me about the goodness that is Cold Stone Creamery so we made the trek out to Burbank to get the goods.

Best cold stone I’ve been to. I eat ice cream at least 1-2 times a week frequent cold stones, Haagen and a few other ice cream spots. This one is BY FAR the best. First a foremost the place is clean. Secondly, the staff is professional, kind and sincere. And of course, the ice cream is amazing. If I could give it more stars, I would! Highly recommend. Bring your family and enjoy!
