We are new to the area so this was my first time here. I got pies, cupcakes, canolis and rolls for Thanksgiving. The desserts were delicious! The apple pie was amazing! I personally didn’t care for the rolls but I am not going to allow that to change my review. Considering everything else was great, no one else said anything - I think they just weren’t for me. I saw other reviews about poor customer service, I thought all the girls were friendly, courteous, patient and very helpful.
Flawless wedding cake! EXACTLY as my daughter wished for! I also cannot speak more highly of the staff...such wonderful and attentive folks! Thank you! A+
Very mediocre, early Saturday morning and most cookie trays were empty, Customer service was fine. For my first time I expected the smell of fresh cookies out of a oven. Purchased a tray of cookies and a loaf of bread. Total was about $26. Cookies were good and the bread wasn't as fresh but it wasn't bad either. We arrived around 930ish. Very similar to the bread and cookies from Weiss and Giant. I will say their ready to go cakes looked pretty.
Ordered 2D cake for my son's birthday. Paid total up front, close to a hundred dollars, not 30% deposit. I had good faith in them. I had purchased before and cake was delicious. This time around I did not get the cake I requested. I requested the cake to be the shape of a number with the decorations I wanted. I got the decorations alright but they just put 2 cakes together and they just icing the number on the cake itself. In addition, the cake tasted stale and cheap. For a quality such as this I'd rather make it myself. The cake was barely eaten. What a waste of material and money. It is so wrong to take someone's money and serve like this!
Beautiful ready-made cakes and first class customer service. I haven't done a custom order yet, but so far I'm impressed with the selection they have on-hand daily. The prices are great and the atmosphere is wonderful.
