Scheduled an appointment for a foot massage and full set. This facility is by appointment only. During my appointment I requested a foot massage, the massage was horrible and cut short. A timer was set for specified time. The massage started 5-7 minutes after the timer started. For the full set I provided a picture of how I wanted my nails. I was assured that the technician could provide me the design I asked for. During my scheduled appointment the technician stopped servicing in the middle of putting on my nails to provide service to a walk-in. I am very unhappy with the customer service. I was unhappy with the the size, length and design on my nails. I asked the technician if we could try something different, she told me no and charged me $85 for the service. I gladly paid and decided to just write a review and never visit this place again. It’s so disappointing. I only visited this place because it’s close to my home and my original nail spot closed down due to the pandemic. I’m very disappointed because I chose this spa based on the google reviews...

There sea salt scrub and hot towel treatment left my legs so soft 10/10 would go again

I went in and ask for ombré with a pretty pink with glitter on the back and white on the top. She tried three colors on my nails then didn’t soak them off. She filed them a bit and put the color on that I chose. I told her it was too think. She said if she filed anymore I would lose the color. Being pressed for time, I ask can you put metallic color on top of this powder. She said yes. So I say make them a nice shape ( coffin square on top, never seen coffin with a rounded top til today) and then we will put metallic on top and a clear coat and be done. She says she can do that because I’ll lose the ombré color. I say, I understand that but this is too thick. So she filed a little more and said that is as far as she can go. See pic for thickness after the filing. So I again say file them down and then we will just put metallic on top. She refuses and says we can soak them off which will take a very long time or I can cut them off and you can find somewhere else to go. I said “I start a new job tonight and don’t have time to soak them off. Can you,” and she don’t cut the first one off. This place sucks!!!! Do not go there.
