After being a loyal customer for a few years, I decided not to return to this nail salon. I had a morning appointment with John and arrived on time. When I arrived to the salon, John had someone else in his chair so I waited patiently. Thinking he was finishing up with the other customer and honoring the appointment, I was still waiting after 20 minutes. If you are not going to honor appointments, then why have people make them? I got up and left. My time is valuable and I'm paying for a service. I wasn't getting anything for free. Never again!
Mediocre. There are better places in Waldorf to go. However, the atmosphere is very modern and relaxing. The skill set just isn’t there.nnAlso the Covid precautions are amazing!
I love them , everytime I ask for something they give it to me , they’re so professional && clean .
They take such excellent care with you and your nails. They are really clean and have taken the COVID trainings and precautions
this nail salon is horrible they over charge you never asked for they are disrespectful and they laugh when yu try to be serious i do not recommend this nail salon to anyone not even my worst enemy
