Why do I get charged a DIFFERENT amount every time I come to Queen Nails today is my LAST TIME coming here. I am very upset about paying $50 for some kid friendly nails. I wish I could share a picture! This is ridiculous. PLEASE ask for the price before you ladies get service.

My experience at this nail spa was amazing. I was greeted promptly when I arrived and all staff were friendly. All tools used were new and the pedicure chairs are very modern. The prices for services are worth every penny. Yeah you might get cheaper services elsewhere, but you also get what you pay for. I would like to pay more for quality, professional service in a sanitary environment. You guys have gained a new loyal customer.

Nice place. Fast service! Got a manicure and eyebrow wax. Was in and out and they did a great job. Very reasonable prices. Clean place.

There were so many negative things that happened during my appointment. I called on a Saturday to see if they had any available appointments that day. The lady told me she doesn’t, but she had an appointment on that upcoming Monday. So I told her it’s three of us coming and she said that’s fine. We get to our appointment and she says “I told you over the phone that we can only take you all one at a time.” I told her that was not what we discussed, but I won’t put up a big fuss about it. I went first and my mom and sister went to wait in the car. I was almost done, and the same lady told me to tell my sister to come in and my sister came. My sister sat there and waited and they allowed two other people to go in front of her, and this made my sister upset. Then the lady is being rude and telling us, “I told you we were booked until Wednesday.” And I told her I’m not sure where she’s getting that from because that’s not how our conversation went at all. So I paid for my nails and she gave me a receipt for $72 but I checked my account and she really charged me $86. On top of all this, my nails have to be redone after only a week. I do not recommend this place at all and I will never return.

I switched Google Accounts just to respond to my previous review. First of all, to the owner, you’re lying in your review. You’re saying “You told me and my sisters” and I only have one sister. So that proves right there you are lying. I never mentioned in my review that I have more that one sister. Plus, that lady NEVER told me that. That was not our conversation. What you said is not what happened. We made an appointment, we were not walk ins. I did not insist on anything. I asked a question and that was her response. Clearly this happens on more than one occasion because YOU, as an owner, can’t even remember which customer I am. The fact you are a business owner and speaking to customers the way you are in the manner you are, through the INTERNET, shows how much you care about treating people with respect.nnFor other customers, please look below for what this lady said to me. These people are disgusting and we all need to take our black dollars elsewhere. I will be reporting this to the BBB.
