Very professional and clean. The staff are friendly and the work they do is good quality. I will definitely return. If you want great designs ask for Nancy ! She's the best!

It’s very saddening that I must leave this review. I actually have enjoyed previous visits here. I was originally recommended and was blown away by the professionalism and stellar customer service. Sadly today that was not at all the case. The front desk coordinator was very dismissive and unprofessional when asked for the manager. The woman rolled her eyes as she proceeded to walk away? I expect this type of trash behavior from lower budget shops but not here. Then the nail technician was extremely aggressive and continued to shake his head as if he is doing me a favor; news flash this is a paid service. I will not say do not come but if you do ask for Kathy or Peter and definitely NOT during a time such as now even though it shouldn’t matter when you come into an establishment. The manager also poorly handled the situation as he address every concern in front of myself and the other guest awaiting check out. This could be why there is a decline in the quality of service.

This place is the best. No matter who I get they are great, some are better at the different kinds and designs, but have never been disappointed by the service. Always friendly and so relaxing.

I visited here for the first time yesterday and I really wanted to like this place. It’s beautiful inside and very clean. The employees are super nice and professional however I asked for a simple gel manicure and was highly disappointed. It looked messy and she missed a lot of spots and didn’t cut my cuticles very well either. There is still paint all over my hands from the gel as well. I will say I enjoyed the hand massage but I will NOT be back.
