The absolute worst customer service experience, management is extremely unprofessional. Nails look pretty in person but lift after 2 days every time & then they charge you to get them fixed. I just paid for a set two days ago and nails are already lifting completely, yet they refuse to fix them before they damage my real nails. Extremely overpriced for amount of disrespect and nonsense policies that only apply to certain clients. Will be reporting my full complaint to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU later on TODAY if this is not resolved by management

I'm good on this location wasn't greeted or asked what i needed or nothing was going in for a simple manicure nothing extra I'm guessing they thought I came in there to watch TV and listen to the gossip. It was a slow rainy day probably like 5 employees 3 in the back 2 assisting the 2 customers that was in there tell me you tired and if I can come back tomorrow or something smh

Wasn’t even 2 weeks and 3 of my Nails fell off. I went back to get them fixed and 3 days later one nail is already lifting! Nails were not worth the price i payed, don’t waste your money and time here.

I came from V nail spa! I’m what you call a 1 tech only type of girl. When my nail tech Gracie left v nail spa and moved out of the area; I tried other techs at v nail spa and didn’t like the quality of work or vibe. I’m weird I really don’t wanna to tell my tech what I want I want them to create.nnSo I left v nail spa and tried other shops around Waldorf and Clinton that I was referred to by friends colleagues etc. Didn’t work!nnFinally one of my girlfriends tells me she had an apt with Jazmine at custom nails and how great her experience was. Plus her nails were amazing so I call and scheduled an appointment with Jazmine. Let me tell you I have been going to her and her only since. Jaz is an artist not just a nail tech and that visionary process along with professionalism and technique is why I continue to work with her and only her. Love custom nails!
