My experience was effortless. They had my choices in stock and I got both the TV and soundbar combination expertly installed by Romeo and Donnelle. They installed my equipment and optimized the settings for my best experience and answered every one of my questions. It's my second time buying from Alfred at the Waldorf location to finish a room in my house. I would definitely recommend.
I was very pleased from beginning to end of my big screen purchase. Alfred met my every expectation when searching for a TV for my new home and guided me through the selection. The delivery process was just as seamless as the gentleman that came to install were very professional and very pleasant to deal with.
Our TV died three days before Christmas. We were able to order TV and have it delivered two days later. Highly recommend!
