Ask for Deon in Waldorf, he is happy to help you find the perfect mattress. Deon makes you feel at home as soon as you walk in the store. He helped my husband and I find a mattress that works for us: hubby likes a firm mattress and I like plush. Highly recommend Deon and this Waldorf store.
Ms Patricia Taylor was excellent. She was very patient in how she educated me regarding the products and my options. There was no high pressure sales pitch or no misleading requirements that I must buy now or I would lose the opportunity she was offering. I certainly intend to personally recommend all of my friends and family to visit her specifically for their next mattress and mattress related purchase.
My shopping experience was EXCELLENT. The sales associate Emmanuel knew exactly what I wanted once I explained my health issue. I financed my purchase through Mattress Firm, the price was great (QUEEN SET).
Kelly... the rep at the Waldorf location by big lots was the best salesperson ever! I had been to five stores looking for a mattresses today and she helped and was very straight forward. Her excellent customer service helped me to decide. The beds that we chose were comfortable and I am happy.
Mattress Firm Waldorf has the best Sales team and Manager. Thank you Derrick and Emanuel for one of the best in store customer experiences I have had in quite some time. I was very pleased at how the team also took safety measures to keep customer's safe! I'll be back and refer people for sure!
