If you had me rate this location 2 weeks ago, I would have given 5 stars. I have been a Aaron's customer for over a year, and have always been treated fairly and respectfully. I have in the past month fell on some hard times but have never been so harrassed and completely humiliated by any company as I was in the past 2 weeks by this one. I am sixteen days late on payment and have spoken with several customer service agents. I was suppose to make a payment last thursday because the rep stated she would not be able to give me anymore time. She was extremely rude and felt belittled. Mind you I have been a customer for over a year and have never been treated this way. Well I knew I wouldnt have it until tommorow so today they sent a truck out to my home, for non payment or repossession I guess. That was humiliating. I guess being a loyal customer doesnt matter anymore, not to mention the trying times individuals are going through at this time all over the world.

Good place to shop when low on cash. But everyone get credit, plus Good on delivery usually with in 2 days.

The score is low because most of the furniture is used and badly worn.

In the past I was pleased with service.. Lately Its been difficult they always finding away to not help me with payment.. Or when i asked then to come get the furniture at one point they convinced me they would work with me so i wouldnt have to return it. So i did. Later i added on to my account and it to them a month to send me the items and still charged me for the month that the items wanst in my care and now they tell me one minute im good with my payments then tell me a different time i owe more than what was stated before. So as of Thursday im returning everything i got from that place at the Waldorf location and im wont do service with them again. .. Not to mention a year a go i had to wait 6 months for screw to a bunk bed and whenever i would question it the employee Crystal would get nasty a d when they finally got them i had to go pick them up and she threw them at me.. I filled a complaint and she is still employed. I have heard co employees speak down on her as well. Yet she still has a job..

Need training in customer service, I would definitely not recommend. Rude and incompetent. Thankfully I had help from there online team
