The Staff was very Knowledgeable and the salesman that attended to me, he was very modest with his opinion, and I really appreciate that. Very helpful and attentive staff. Created our living room on their computer and gave us an idea of what the furniture would look like in the space. Also priced out the two options we narrowed it down to. Great experience leading up to the buy.
The store is very well arranged with nice furniture and great lighting. We received wonderful customer service from the sale associates! It would've have been helpful to reduce the waiting time if they had more sales associates.
Quick and easy transaction with the sales rep. She was able to get all the information we requested, write up our order, and process it in no time. She also offered a 3D representation service for our new furniture. That should be cool!
Lori was great to work with! I love the lazy boy experience. My last three furniture purchases has been at the Waldorf Maryland store. The furniture is sturdy and can withstand children and teenagers
