Purchased a sectional in full on the first of December. I was told the order would be delivered early February and have called each week since then to check on the status. It is currently March 16th and I still have no couch nor do they have a time frame on when I will receive my couch. Each week I call and it is the same response, “your status hasn’t been update, call back next week”. Again I have paid in full for the couch and can’t even receive a time frame on when I will receive my couch. In all honesty this seem like a total scam. I would avoid this purchasing anything at this location at all cost.

Would highly recommend not buying anything from here unless they have the piece in stock and ready for pickup/delivery immediately. Ordered 2 living room sets mid December, was told the furniture would be available in 8-12 weeks unless special ordered(which it wasn’t), called every week to check status and was told there were no updates constantly. Customer service was always rude on the phone, as if I was causing them an in inconvenience by wanting to know the status of something I had already paid in full for. Finally on week 14 of waiting I was told my furniture would not be delivered until roughly mid to late June. Mind you, it took me calling this store to get information that my furniture was pushed back another 3 months; which would’ve made 6 months of waiting in total. Went and cancelled same day, got a full refund, drove over to Bob’s Furniture Outlet and got new furniture delivered in 3 days.nnI would like to add that the person who answered my phone call on week 14 was the first polite and helpful person I talked to during this whole process and getting the refund was hassle free. Ashley has a good selection of furniture but if it’s not in stock and ready to go, don’t waste your time.

Paid over $2000 for a couch ordered 11/9/20. Was told 4-12 weeks for delivery. Today’s week 14, called to find out when it would be delivered, now told March 6th and she said it may or may not be delivered later than that. Maybe I’ll get to enjoy my couch sometime next year.

I worked with Alexis (I want to say that was her name) she was really sweet and attentive. I knew what I wanted but they didn’t have it so I had to go back home empty handed and regroup. I went back a week later and she was still there to assist and I finally made a decision. The delivery was quick and the delivery guys were nice. HOWEVER! I took a star away because I didn’t catch the young lady’s name who called me to confirm my delivery time but she had a very unprofessional attitude because I asked her to repeat my order. It was like speaking with a child...She was huffing and puffing and said “well what did you order.” She should definitely not be allowed to work the phones with customers if that is how she reacts. Crazy! But Alexis was great and I will be back to work with her on getting a few more pieces!

Worst place to buy from! Bought my furniture over 5 months ago and they keep blowing me off of when I'm going to get my furniture. They told me 4 to 8 weeks but no more than 12 and yet they still can't tell me when I will get it. Also they told me different prices every time I went in. After the guy told me one price they turn around a took one of the prices off and still charge me the same price so then I had to go back and pay again for the additional piece. The guy even said he had made the mistake but not adding the fourth peice but yet I still had to pay extra.
